Ayuma Healing Arts

Anî La'arni Ayuma of Ayuma Healing Arts descends from a family of traditional Filipina/o healers. She integrates the ancient healing arts with other somatic and energy healing techniques to promote well-being in her communities and beyond. As a queer holistic practitioner, she facilitates spaces that encourage transformational shifts that honors ancestral and inner guidance rooted in spiritual integrity, empowering community members in their self-care, healing and transformation. Ayuma utilizes Spiritual / Intuitive Coaching, Hilot Bodywork and Energy Medicine, Holistic Living, Healing by and with Nature, Conscious Parenting and other tools to promote a compassionate radical healing that is self sustaining.

Services and Products Offered

1.) I offer Holistic Health Consulting for support and guidance in navigating one's healing journey utilizing Spiritual / Intuitive Coaching, Hilot Bodywork + Energy Medicine, mindfulness practice, movement and meditation, healing with and by nature and other tools to promote a more compassionate radical healing that is self sustaining and aligned with one's truth. 2.) I hold one-on-one and group workshops for Hilot bodywork and energy medicine to encourage and teach individuals, families and communities how to expand their capacity to heal themselves. 3.) I make prayer / meditation bracelet / necklace / charm that provide a compassionate reminder to come home into wearer's breath and their spirit.
