Using Meditation To Clear Blockages

In the human body, there are seven fundamental Chakras, each characterized by a specific location, function, influence, and color. These Chakras serve as the pivotal centers of energy within the body.


The chakras represent various stages we must traverse to achieve the ultimate state of nirvana. We commence at the base center and progress upwards. The pinnacle is the crown center, an attainment that is considered exceedingly challenging.



During meditation, concentrate on the base center, guiding a radiant light upward through each chakra to the crown center and then back down. Take deep breaths through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth, keeping your focus solely on the light and the chakras.


Incorporating chakra meditation into your routine allows you to sense any blockages. Prior comprehension of chakra meditation is essential. If you detect an unusual or uncomfortable sensation indicating a blockage, remain calm. You can either pause your meditation or proceed, focusing specifically on the affected chakra to identify and address the issue.


Resolving and healing any blockage is possible, as these blockages are often the cause of feeling out of balance. During the meditation, find a peaceful and quiet space. Sit with your feet on the ground, palms facing up. Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths to relax, and visualize a bright light as you commence your chakra meditation.
