Echo Forest

Echo Forest is an intuitive light worker and multidimensional sound healer with many years of experience in self-healing. She is based out of Sedona, Arizona and offers sound healing sessions and Human Design readings in person and remotely. It was during her own personal healing journey, through the use of sacred plants and spiritual healing, that led her to study energy work, sound healing and later Human Design. She views life through a spiritual and energetic lens and is committed to a daily spiritual practice - one that shifts and expands along with the ever-evolving nature of life.

She is passionate about ascension work, meditation, natural healing modalities, Human Design, community and authentic connection to self and others. She is committed to living a healthy, balanced lifestyle, embracing all aspects of life and living in the Now Moment. She has a deep and innate connection with nature and animals, which serves as her greatest teacher, healer and source of inspiration.

Human Design has drastically changed her life for the better, allowing life to flow in a more harmonious way. She has been actively deconditioning and experimenting with her design for nearly two years. Sharing these codes and deep truths with others is something she is quite passionate about.
