I am a Holistic Health Coach, Holistic Nutritionist, and Lightworker that guides people to heal themselves physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually using effective natural approaches. I help people get their lives back by releasing toxicity and bringing in more light.
Up until about 3 years ago, I had spent most of my life suffering and being sick. I had major chronic health symptoms for many years: asthma, IBS, bacterial infections, UTIs, chronic fatigue, anxiety, depression, and brain fog to name a few. My quality of life was low, and my inner light was very dim.
For most of my 20s (I’m now in my early 30s), I engaged in addictive behaviors as a way to cope with the intense, dark feelings that I didn’t know how to process.
And then, life completely changed for me.
I was introduced to the Medical Medium way of healing, and I knew I had to give it a try because it resonated deeply with my heart and soul. Shortly after I started healing with Medical Medium, I worked with someone who practiced energy healing. The combination of these two healing modalities ignited my spiritual awakening, and my life has continually improved ever since.
I have healed most of my chronic health symptoms, I have healed traumas, I have connected with myself again, I know my purpose and my passions. I have created a deep, meaningful relationship with myself, which enhances everything I do in life.
It is my calling, my purpose on this earth, to guide others to heal with Medical Medium and energy healing to help them heal their chronic health issues, regain their personal power, and shine their light brighter than ever before.
We are all interconnected; we each need to do our part to strengthen ourselves as much as possible so that we strengthen the whole of humanity and the world.
