My name means ‘Infinite Light’ in Sanskrit, and I’m a Healer and Spiritual Coach. I’m here to help you cultivate expansive Inner Peace. I have found that most problems experienced in life can serve as mirrors for the uncomfortable feelings we resist in our bodies. I find satisfaction in helping people consciously relate to and release pain. I do this by tuning into the client’s problem and exploring the subsequent tension in my own body with loving awareness to discover and release the root cause of the problem. I pair this process with spiritual coaching, where I employ intuitive conversation to expand awareness around one’s blind spots. I offer clients meditative and practical tools to help them feel through and heal their trapped feelings, traumas, and limiting mental minefields with mindfulness and compassion while consciously dealing with their life
