Lore’s work spans generations and geographies. Over the years, Lore has facilitated workshops and sessions including KOWS broadcast with Arnold Levine; KVMR Women’s Collective; KVMR WonderLove broadcast (along with special guest and peace activist, Ken Nwadike, Jr, Free Hugs Project); 4EEE & Fox Walker Programs; HoneyRoot Women’s Embodiment Retreat; WorldFest; Holistic Health Saloon-The Center SF. She offers Private and Group Sessions. 

Lore holds a BS in Psychology and an MA in Creative Writing. She is a certified herbalist, author, and speaker. Lore is also a mom to a really cool human and a sweet cat. She is currently writing a book about navigating life one moment at a time.
