Valerie Nourissat

After finding herself in her dream career in the wine industry overseas, Val realized that although she loved some aspects of her job and life, she didn’t feel fulfilled and rather trapped and frustrated. She wanted more out of life, more freedom, deliciousness that actually tastes like it and to use her privileged existence to make a difference in the world. This led her to challenge the status quo and go on an internal journey to find her true essence. The journey to get there was epic to say the least but what she discovered was so profound that she decided to become an embodiment coach to help others do the same.

She lives in the spectacular city of Vancouver and works 1-on-1 with women from around the world in her one-of-a-kind private coaching program the DARE+IMPACT Method.

Val is a Certified Quantum Flow Practitioner, a Certified Embodiment Coach at Coaching Evolved™, a graduate of Dr. Joe Dispenza’s Intensive and Progressive workshops and many trainings on personal and spiritual growth. She has been trained in Breathwork, EFT, NLP and Trauma Informed Care and continues to deepen her knowledge as a devoted student to personal development and life.
