Thank you for being here! My name is Sarah and my soul's mission is to teach people to become their own healers. I guide and support humans who are looking for purpose, freedom, joy and magic in their lives and who are open to curiously exploring their inner world, ready to discover their luminous true energetic nature and become Wildly Alive.
My healing sessions are based on ancient and cosmic wisdom teachings, earth-based practices and living energy healing techniques of the Q'ero, skillfully and intricately woven together to assist you in deepening your own healing work.
During a healing session, a sacred and supportive space is created to help you uncover and curiously explore the stories within you that play out in your life, sometimes just outside of your awareness, that block you from living freely and with purpose.
Through direct experience, you will meet your allies, reactivate your inner knowing, learn to shift and move energy, and transform these patterns into powerful healing tools and allies.
We are living in a time of great cosmic transformation - what the Q'ero call Pacha Kuti, a great flipping and turning of time and space and our interconnectedness with it all.
